Absolutely no drugs or alcohol are allowed on the property nor may be used by the residents during their stay. Drug tests are required before and during your stay.

No fighting, physical or verbal is tolerated. Bullying, hazing, disrespect to others, and general aggressiveness are also not tolerated and can be grounds for vacating the home.

Keep shared living and personal spaces clean and orderly. Any damage or misuse of the home, purposeful or from negligence is not tolerated.
